| June 19, 2007 Train Wreck Records artist Carrie Rodriguez stopped at Rome yesterday while while on tour with her band. With the help of New West recording artist Tim Easton she layed down a version of Neil Young's "Cortes the Killer," which will be featured on an upcoming Young tribute album. | |
| May 24, 2007 The traveling production of Cirque du Soleil, "Corteo," was in the studio today to lay down violin tracks for use in their live show. CDS was also in last week to host auditions for bass guitar, which Rome also recorded. | |
| April 27, 2007 Rome is now the official Columbus recording studio sponsor for Gorilla Productions, a Cleveland-based company that produces local band showcases across the country. Keep your eye out for GP events at the Alrosa Villa. | |
| April 11, 2007 Rome was very pleased to welcome Sasha Allen into the studio last night. While on tour with Christina Aguilera, Sasha stopped through Columbus to lay down tracks for her upcoming album. With Rob Lewis (Christina Aguilera, Diddy, Babyface) producing and members of the Movement Orchestra and Carpe Diem String Quartet performing, the session was a great success. Keep your ears open for Sasha's song "It's All for You"! | |

| April 26, 2006 Yes, it's True. Kirk Franklin is in town for a concert on Thursday night 4/27/06 at Vets Memorial 8:00pm. He came in today to record some advertising spots for his upcoming concerts. Kirk is a well-known Gospel singer and we were very happy to have him in. | |
